Using dcecp to Maintain CDS

You can use dcecp for certain CDS maintenance tasks. The dcecp to do this are listed in the following table.


dcecp Commands that Control CDS

Commands Definitions
cds client disable Stops the execution of a CDS clerk.
cds disabler Stops the execution of a CDS server.
set conf Permits you to set the confidence level of CDS clerk calls.
directory modify Reconstructs a directory's replica set by designating a new master replica.
put $ conf Permits you to see the current confidence level of CDS clerk calls.
directory show Displays the information needed for creating a cell entry in DNS or GDS.
cds client show Displays the attributes of a CDS clerk.
cds show Displays the attributes of a CDS server.
