DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq creates the Compaq Support Software for 
Microsoft Windows NT 4.00 diskette plus three other 
diskettes that support the following subsystems and features of

The following diskettes can be created using the files that 
result when the SoftPaq is unbundled:

        Disk 2 - Compaq Support Software for Microsoft NT 4.00 
                 Disk #2
        Disk 3 - Matrox MGA Millennium Video Drivers and ESS 1868 Audio
                 Drivers for Microsoft Windows NT 4.00
        Disk 4 - ELSA Gloria-L Video Drivers for Microsoft Windows NT
                 4.00.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain four formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
    to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP3937.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP3937 [ENTER]
    The following files will be created:
    QRST5.EXE
    275866US._01
    275866US._02
    275866US._03
    275866US._04
    275866US.DOC

4.  Please read 275866US.DOC for instructions on using QRST5 to create
    the diskettes and for the steps to install the software.

5.  After the disks are created, you may delete the downloaded file
    SP3937.EXE and the other files it created from your hard drive if you
    wish.
