DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks files needed to install the OS/2 drivers for Compaq 
NetFlex-3, NetFlex-3P, and Netelligent 10/100 PCI controllers on Deskpro 
4000 and 6000 Series computers. The drivers allow these network adapters 
to function in various network environments.

ENHANCEMENTS: N/A

FIXES: Relplaced all files in the original softpaq.  Files were for DOS/WFW
systems and not OS/2.  Correct files are now in this softpaq.


HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Entering "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files creates a new directory 
folder in the download directory.  All files are unpacked into this 
newly created directory.

3. After the directory has been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions, refer to the appropriate README.TXT
file under the "CPQNET" directory.
