VERSION:
1.12
DESCRIPTION:
This package contains the ROM Update Utility (RUU) and ROM image for the HP iPAQ hw6515 and hw6515e Mobile Messengers. NOTE: Confirming the iPAQ model ID number before starting to download and install this package helps to prevent system errors. Use any of the following three methods to confirm iPAQ model ID: 1. Power On the iPAQ handheld and tap Start, then tap Settings, then tap System, then tap HP Asset Viewer, and then tap System. 2. With the iPAQ handheld Powered Off, remove the battery cover and the battery. The model ID is printed on a sticker that is located under the battery. Be sure to reinsert the battery promptly to avoid data loss. Be sure that this package supports the model ID identified for the iPAQ handheld to be updated. IMPORTANT: The RUU is designed to replace the current ROM image and to erase the partnership and all user data and programs on the iPAQ handheld. It is important to read and understand the information in the Readme file included with this update BEFORE installing the package.

again.
