ENHANCEMENT(S):
- Adds hotplug support for S-Video connection for notebook model configured
  with ATI Video Card.
 
FIXES: 
- Fixes issue where the LCD screen displays a white screen when the notebook
  is being shut down.
- Fixes issue where a "bo" sound is emitted when pressing F11/F12 to play
  different mp3 files.
- Fixes QuickPlay DVD mode issue where pressing F10 and F9 several times
  causes video to display incorrectly and then the notebook shuts down.
