ENHANCEMENTS: 
- Adds Rotation tab in the Display Properties Settings Advanced option. 
Features on this tab enable users to rotate the image 90, 180, or 270 degrees. 
These settings are for use with flat-panel monitors supporting this feature.

- Fixes intermittent, brief flash where image is not displayed correctly on
