DESCRIPTION:
This SoftPaq contains a utility to update the System BIOS for the listed 
desktop models. The System BIOS can be updated directly from within the 
Microsoft Windows environment, or a bootable diskette or DriveKey can be 
created.

ENHANCEMENTS: 
- Adds password beep codes for password setup menu and password prompt, as 
follows:
* Pop Password prompt: three short beeps
* Wrong Password entered: two long beeps
* Right Password entered: two short beeps

FIXES: 
- Fixes issue where the desktop would not automatically resume from S4 mode 
when a USB 2.0 device was attached.
- Fixes an issue where Turbo Linux could not use a USB device.
- Fixes issue where a Drivekey was not detected when attached through a front 
USB port.
- Fixes issue where EMM386.EXE did not load in DOS mode.
- Fixes issue where the desktop did not resume from S3 mode when a PS/2 or USB 
keyboard or mouse was attached.

HOW TO USE: 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack 
the files.

3. Choose one of the following three options when presented:
- Create BIOS Flash Diskette
- Create BIOS Flash DriveKey
- Flash System BIOS Now!

4. After the files have been unpacked, the self-
extracting file downloaded in Step 1 can be deleted, if desired.

WARNING: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR ATTEMPT TO REBOOT THE COMPUTER DURING THE 
UPDATE PROCESS!
