ENHANCEMENTS: 
- Generates log message to event log when Ethernet@Wirespeed is in use.
- Adds support for WakeOnLink.

FIXES: 
- Fixes issue where an intermittent fiber NIC 5701 connectivity occurred at 
startup.
- Fixes issue where system did not go to Standby mode properly when a 5705 is 
linked at 10 MB.
- Fixes issue where system would "wake up" immediately after entering Standby 
mode.
- Fixes a rare condition in the interrupt handler.
