This SoftPaq creates a bootable diskette for restoring or updating the Keyboard Controller 
firmware (BIOS) in the notebook models listed.

HOW TO USE:
 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

4. Turn off the computer.

5. Place the newly created keyboard firmware update diskette in Drive A: 
and turn on the computer to update the keyboard controller BIOS.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER TO THE COMPUTER WHILE PERFORMING THIS PROCEDURE!
