                Updated the ROM Setup help message for "Serial Port Setting" in 
		the "Management Processor Configuration" screen to correctly read:
		"Note: Setting this to "Not Shared" prohibits the Management Processor 
		from using Serial Port."
		

		Updated ROM to correct an issue where the system would hang during
		serial port operations with a serial loop back connector installed.




HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP28003.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP28003 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP28003.EXE if you wish.
