do not require this fix.

This package contains a Windows XP fix for the listed workstation models for 
the issue where Explorer may become unresponsive or appear to stop responding 
when detecting Plug and Play audio hardware. This condition can also occur when 
manually uninstalling a driver or physically removing an audio device. For more
