Upgrading procedure.

1. Run disk5135.exe.  Disk 1 and Disk 2 directories of files will be 
   created in system c:\temp directory.

2. De-install your modem.
   Please refer to Uninstal.txt for more details.

3. Reboot system.

For Win95 & Win98 OS:

4. When prompted for installation disk, enter "c:\temp\disk1" and "Enter".

5. For Win95, you will be prompted twice to enter installation disk.  You
   will be prompted once in Win98.

6. Installation will be fully automatic from here.

7. You may remove the Disk 1 and Disk 2 after installation.
