Searching for User Names
In order to share folders with others, you can use the Add from Address Book feature to help you find user names.
For example, if you already know a recipient’s first name is John, but you are not sure of the spelling, you can specify the search criteria to view all names that contain John.
- In the Share Folder window click Add From Address Book to add names from the address book and share folders with them.
- The Search Address Book window appears.
- In the “Search for” text field, enter the keyword or keywords you want to search.
- Select an address book from the drop-down list.
- Click Search. All the entries that match the query are listed.
- Select single or multiple Names to share folders with and click Add.
