Address Book Settings
In the Options - Address Book window you can specify the personal address book details and display settings.
To Customize Default Address Book Settings
- Click the Address Book link.
- Specify the following to set your preferences in the Options - Address Book window:
- Name. Enter a suitable name for the default address book.
- Description. Enter a short description on the contacts in your address book.
- Address Book List Display Settings.
Cards per Page. Select the maximum number of address book entries to be displayed on a page.
The options available are: 25, 50, 75.
- Columns to Display.
Column 1. This column always shows the display name of contacts or groups.
Column2 to Column 6. Select a value from the drop-down list in these fields to customize the layout and column settings of your address book. You can also choose not to display a column by selecting “- Don’t Display This Column-” option from the drop-down list.
The following options are available for selection:
Display Name, Company, Title, Phone (Primary Phone, Work Phone, Home Phone, FAX phone, Pager Phone) ,Email (Primary Email, Work Email, Home Email) ,Address (Home Address, Work Address), Web Page Address 1, Web Page Address 2, Calendar Address, Availability Address, Dates (Birthday, Anniversary Date),Organization Unit, Contact Actions (Edit link, View Calendar Icon).
- Click Save, to save your address book preference settings.
