INTRODUCTION
============

The Sun StorEdge StorTools package provides utilities for monitoring 
and troubleshooting Sun StorEdge disk array installations. A menu 
driven program interface provides task explanations and help information.


AUDIENCE

The StorTools package is for use only by Sun internal and Sun authorized
service providers who are familiar with the disk array products and have 
completed the required training in the use of this package.

o Add "/var/opt/STORtools/bin" to your $PATH.

o Add "/opt/STORtools/man" to your $MANPATH environment variable.
    
o The following example modifies $PATH and $MANPATH in Korn/Bourne Shell:

KNOWN PROBLEMS
==============

The Veritas 3.0.2 cli interface does not warn the user when attempting
to disable a path that does not have an alternate path. Therefore
StorTools does not support Veritas 3.0.2 from the StorTools menu.
