This patch fixes for caa_register, when there is unknown attribute in the 
resource profile.
The problem is that for current caa_register, it will ignore any unknown
attribute in resource profile and still register the resource.  Since all
attributes for a certain type should be all defined in its TDF file,
caa_register should not allow profile with unknown attribute.
