For sites which have either the /tmp or /var/tmp filesystem as a separate
AdvFS domain, the nightly dirclean entries in root's crontab file previously
generated error messages for failures to remove these entries.
The /usr/sbin/dirclean utility no longer attempts to remove the .tags
directory or the quota.group and quota.user files.  (For UFS filesystems,
dirclean will still remove a .tags directory normally.)
