This patch prevents memory troller from starting on aluminum ev68 chips. The
aluminum version of this chip contains a flaw which prevent the proper 
operation of the memory troller. This effects Tsunami and Titan platforms.

This patch fixes problems in the IPMI subsystem:
Bad translation of IPMI power sensor values lead to erroneous redundant power 
supply failure messages.

IPMI sensor reads will timeout under heavy system load and are logged as 686 
OS-detected environmental errors. Some 686 logout frame fields are filled 
incorrectly.

The DS20L now supports binglog text messages when an environmental system 
event occurs. In addition, because of the DS20L's thermal sensitivity,
the environmental thermal thresholds have been lowered.

This patch adds two system configurable tunables: 'titan_sys_ps_hotswap' and 
'titan_sys_fan_hotswap' to the ES45 platform. By default, these variables are 
set to 1.
When this variable is set to 1 and a redundant power supply or redundant fan 
fails, the environmental monitoring subsystem will not report an error. 
When this variable is set to 0 and a redundant power supply or a redundant fan
fails, the environmental monitoring system will report an error.
