This code change to the volreconfig command will prevent inconsistent
LSM volumes when the name of a volume is the same as that created by
a volencap of a disk partition.  An example would be to have as an  
existing volume "vol-dsk2b", and to later conduct a "volencap dsk2b"
to encapsulate that partition, which creates a default name for the
volume of "vol-dsk2b".
