The problem here is that the TYPE _*.cap files for CAA which get installed under
/var/cluster/caa/template are listed in the inventory but are not shipped. Due
to this, in rare scenarios, some of the CAA commands, especially caa_profile do
not function as documented. This patch corrects this problem by making the
TYPE_*.cap files shippable.
