PROBLEM: (86328) (PATCH ID: OSF520X11-006) ******** PROBLEM: Under certain rare situations, the X server can enter a hung state. Once in this state, the server and all X clients that are currently running will be completely unresponsive to input from the user. The system will still respond so it is possible to remotely log in to the system and reset the X server to fix the problem. Executing the 'ps aux' command while the server (/usr/bin/X11/X process) is in this hung state will show that it is using 99+% of the cpu time. This problem is very rare and will probably not happen during normal use. It can happen frequently if there are many clients repeatedly being created and destroyed. PROBLEM: (87528) (PATCH ID: OSF520X11-007) ******** This problem only affects windows on the desktop that are spanning multiple screens. If the user right clicks on of those windows to bring up the pop-up menu, it is possible that the menu will appear on the wrong screen. The problem also only affects motif based window managers (cde, mwm). PROBLEM: (93259) (PATCH ID: OSF520X11-029) ******** Reversal of black and white colors on screens other than screen 0 of a multihead system. This mostly happens when the panoramiX extension is enabled. The problem is easily viewable if it occurs.
