This patch fixes a problem with the ASE_SNMPD_IGNORE_DISKS
feature. After specifying a disk to ignore, the ASE service 
'stop' and 'add' commands result in conflicting data. 
While the daemon.log reports apparent success ( 'hrm_dsk.c' 
will ignore /dev/rzb10") the error log reports a failure 
that indicates that the device is NOT being ignored
(CAM "unit reserved error").
