A potential security vulnerability has been discovered, where under
certain circumstances, system integrity may be compromised. This may
be in the form of improper file access.  Compaq has corrected this
potential vulnerability.  As part of this correction, this patch
provides two new utilities and three new libc routines.  The utilities
are /usr/bin/mktemp and /usr/sbin/dirclean, and the libc routines are
mkdtemp(), mkstemps(), and safe_open().  This change also updates the
/sbin/init.d/rmtmpfiles script and root's crontab to use /usr/sbin/dirclean.
