This patch fixes a problem with the vi editor environment variable EXITIT that
occurs when EXINIT includes the editors so subcommand.

When EXINIT included an so subcommand for a file which itself contained an
so subcommand to a second file, the editor would exit without an error message
whenever the second file did not exist.

occur when using vi to edit files 100MB or larger;
    o  The terminal settings can be disrupted causing the window to
	be un-usable.
