 Problem Description
 -------------------
 
 This ECO kit contains fixes to the DEC C++ Class Library component 
 which are equivalent to the fixes released in OpenVMS VAX Version 6.2.  
 It also contains some bug fixes to the installation procedure.  The 
 DEC C/C++ Run-Time Component release notes contain a complete explanation 
 of the fixes that have been applied.  There have been no modifications 
 to the C Run-Time library or DECthread specific components.
 
 This ECO kit supersedes the DEC C/C++ Run-Time Components ECO Kit #2
 (AACRTVAXE02060). 

 
 Installation Overview
 ---------------------
 
 Install this kit with the VMSINSTAL utility by logging into the   
 SYSTEM account, and entering the following at the DCL prompt:          
     
   @SYS$UPDATE:VMSINSTAL AACRTVAXE03060 [location of the saveset]  
     
 The ECO kit can be installed on any OpenVMS or OpenVMS/Japanese VAX
 Version 5.5, 5.5-1, 5.5-2, and 6.0 system, regardless of whether the 
 original DEC C/C++ Run-Time Components kit has been installed on the
 system.   The kit will not install on an OpenVMS VAX Version 6.1 system, 
 nor will it install on an OpenVMS/Japanese VAX Version 6.1 system.  In 
 addition the kit will not install on an OpenVMS/Japanese VAX Version 
 5.5-2M system.  You do not have to reboot after installing this kit.
