SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR Tru64 UNIX TCR5.1 Patch 82.00
This patch fixes a problem that can occur when an application does a
direct I/O write (an AdvFS file was opened with the O_DIRECTIO flag) or
when an application performs asynchronous Direct IOs to files using the
aio_raw library, and the target file resides on a fileset that has been
cloned. This patch uses the rolling upgrade version switch to ensure that
all members of the cluster have installed the patch before it is enabled.
You can remove this patch after the version switch is thrown, but this
requires executing the /usr/sbin/clone_versw_undo command and a shutdown
of the entire cluster. Please see the Patch Summary and Release Notes for
