PROBLEM: (89972) (PATCH ID: OSF510DX-023)

The dxproctuner utilty fails to fill the content window  upon startup.
This problem can be reproduced by the following means: 
1) In one dtterm window vi a file by the name of "":
    # vi \"\":
2)  In a second dtterm window start dxproctuner.
You should see that the it draw the screen but fails to populate the window.
