  This patch fixes a panic or a system hang which could
  occur on a DS20E with drives attached to the motherboard
  SCSI interface (Adaptec 7895 based) or on an Ultra3 KZPEA
  SCSI adapter. In addition to system hangs or panics on
  configurations using Memory Channel adapters some
  configurations have exhibited SCSI device problems.

This patch corrects the following prolems in the KZPEA driver:
      o Binary error logging support has been added to the driver. The driver
        will log error and informational messages to the system binary error
        log file when hardware and software failures are detected by the driver.

      o Memory corruption, Kernel Memory Faults and bus hangs can occur
        when the KZPEA bus experiences bus and device resets.

      o Application hangs when attempting to do data transfers of 16 MB or 
        larger.

      o The KZPEA driver failed to clear pending I/O when a 3rd party bus
        reset or hardware requested intializtion occurred.

      o Applications may hang when the driver attempts to abort a request and
        the outstanding request is not returned to the driver by the hardware.
