This problem is seen only on the AlphaVME 5/480a systems.

Incorrect addressing of the l2 space of the VB Backplane driver node
leads to corruption of multicast node information and failure to
communicate with other nodes in the backplane.

Network operations like ping, rlogin, ftp, etc  will not work when 
there are multiple AlphaVME 5/480a systems in the VME backplane
running Vxworks and/or Tru64 UNIX.

This problem will be seen when there are 2 or more systems in the
VME Backplane and one or more might be running the VxWorks operating
system. Intercommunication between the systems does not work.

When all the AlphaVME 5/480a systems in the backplane are running
Tru64 UNIX, intercommunication worked but multicast information
for each node is over-written and because of this data corruption,
this fix is needed.

ALPHAVME320 platforms do not support the floppy device currently.

When floppy is configured in the firmware at irq 6, the current platform
code does not support it and hence the following error is printed out during
boot session:

                EBV16, invalid isa0 irq6

This patch fixes the problem.
