Using DIGITAL UNIX HTML Books

Each book with a DIGITAL UNIX title page opens in a framed window with the Table of Contents to the left and the book itself to the right. A small panel beneath the Table of Contents contains two buttons:

This button takes you to the index of the book you are reading. There is also an entry for the index in the Table of Contents. If the book has no index, this button is blank.
