ECO KIT SUMMARY:

An ECO kit exists for ACMS Desktop V2.3 on OpenVMS VAX V5.5-2
through V7.1, OpenVMS Alpha V6.1 through V7.1, Windows 95 and 
Windows NT V3.51 through V4.0. 

  o  The 32-bit Visual Basic AVERTZ sample self-extracting archive file,  
     AVERTZVB.EXE, in this ECO kit replaces the invalid AVERTZVB.EXE file   
     included in the Windows NT and Windows 95 client API self-extracting   
     archive files, I86_NT.EXE and WIN95.EXE, that caused the following     
     errors when expanded:
                                                                            
     Expansion error on Windows NT V3.51:                                
             "Cannot Run Program"                                           
                                                                            
     Expansion error on Windows NT V4.0:                                 
             "avertzvb.exe is not a valid Windows NT application"           
                                                                            
     Expansion error on Windows 95:                                      
             "Not enough memory to start AVERTZVB.EXE"                      
        

INSTALLATION NOTES:

ACMS Desktop V2.3 ECO2 kit provides one self-extracting archive,
ADIVME223.EXE, that contains the Visual Basic AVERTZ sample archive        
file, AVERTZVB.EXE.  This Avertz sample application is associated          
with the Visual Basic Version 4.0, 32-bit ACMS Desktop support for         
Windows NT V3.51, Windows NT V4.0 and Windows 95.                          
                                                                   
To expand the archive, copy it to a clean directory on the PC,             
and execute it.  The archive expands, and the resulting files              
can then be used.  For example, on the PC:
