CAUSE ===== This issue can occur if the Windows 95-based workstation does not recognize the third-party printer driver. This can occur if there is no information about this printer in the Windows 95 Printer.inf and other .inf files on your computer. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, install the printer driver on your Windows 95-based workstation by using the source media provided by the printer manufacturer.
