SYMPTOMS
========

You may receive a general protection fault (GP fault) or access violation (AV)
in an application when arranging arrays of interface pointers. The engine puts
the array itself in the buffer twice.

CAUSE
=====

The first time random values are used, meaning the array is skipped, and then
the next time actual pointer values are used. This causes the engine to GP fault
because the buffer is not big enough when all the pointers are NULL.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT
Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows
NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition
Service Pack 4.
