Note that the error may also cause abnormal termination of all applications which are running on the Windows NT computer. This is an intermittent error. When it occurs, you receive an error message similar to the following: OLEChannelWnd:mtx.exe-Application Error. The instruction at "0x77e15882" referenced memory at "0x000000b4". The memory could not be read.
