CAUSE ===== When it is on an undocked laptop, the RAS server must be configured for "view this computer only" in RAS Setup. RESOLUTION ========== Control Panel->Network->Configure RAS->Network->NetBEUI / TCP/IP / IPX- >Configure). The RAS server now can see the client.
