Installation Instructions:

* Download one of the self-extracting executables from the list below, and
  place it into an empty temporary directory on the computer to be hotfixed.

  - PCM40_A.EXE  Hotfix for the Alpha platform
  - PCM40_I.EXE  Hotfix for the i386 platform
  - PCM40_P.EXE  Hotfix for the PPC platform

* Type the name of the hotfix (PCM40_I, for instance).  The hotfix will
  self extract as shown below:
