Hotfix Q190576

The fix in this directory, Q190576 is for a memory leak in Site Server 3.0 Search after
applying Windows NT SP4. Site Server 3.0 Search will leak approximately 200 bytes per query.
This fix requires that you first install the Site Server 3.0 Service Pack 1 available from
http://www.microsoft.com/siteserver/intranet/Update/update.asp
