Installation Instructions:

* Download one of the self-extracting executables from the list below, and
  place it into an empty temporary directory on the computer to be hotfixed.

  - TEARFIXA.EXE  Hotfix for the Alpha platform
  - TEARFIXI.EXE  Hotfix for the i386 platform

* Type the name of the hotfix (TEARFIXI, for instance).  The hotfix will
  self extract as shown below:

C:\fix\tcp>tearfixi
