After a form is cached, an administrator can update forms on the server side, and these changes are sent to the client-side cached forms. If a user has administrator permissions for the local computer, cached forms refresh correctly. However, if you are logged on to the local computer as a user that does not have administrator permissions, you may not be able to refresh your cached printer forms. RESOLUTION ========== A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem described in this article and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.
