CAUSE ===== This issue occurs because Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 introduced a problem in the termination code for WinLogon, which prevents orphaned handles from closing. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, obtain the Windows NT 4.0 Security Rollup Package.
