Please enter a valid user name. CAUSE ===== This behavior occurs because the user or group name is longer than 36 characters. Systems Management Server (SMS) requires that user or group names in the permitted viewers list be less than or equal to 36 characters in length. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Systems Management Server version 2.0. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server version 2.0. This problem was first corrected in Systems Management Server version 2.0 Service Pack 2.
