SYMPTOMS
========

When you are running Services for Macintosh on a Windows NT 4.0 Server-based
computer, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:

   STOP 0x00000050 : 0xa63cb000 0x00000000 0x00000000 0x0000000
   sfmsrv!AfpLookupIcon

RESOLUTION
==========

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to
correct the problem described in this article and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem.
