However, when you try to rename the folder, the name reverts back to "New Folder" after a few seconds. CAUSE ===== The problem occurs because of a combination of the SFM service and Windows NT Explorer. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Server 4.0, 4.0 SP1, 4.0 SP2, 4.0 SP3, 4.0 SP4, and 4.0 SP5.
