CAUSE ===== One of the parameters returned in RasEnumEntries() is the number of entries for the specified phonebook. When one or more processes, or threads within the same process are executing and concurrently calling other Remote Access APIs that update the specified phonebook, they may temporarily block RasEnumEntries from reading the complete phonebook. RESOLUTION ========== Obtain the hotfix mentioned below. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
