When this position is lost, the icons are rearranged on the left-hand side of the screen. CAUSE ===== This occurs because icon position is not properly stored on the server that stores the profile so that they are displayed in the same position on all workstations. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition.
