RESOLUTION ========== To work around this problem, do the following: 1. In Improv, open the item to be printed and select File Print. 2. In the Print dialog box, select Setup. 3. Select the paper size you want. 4. Choose OK. The print job should be the size you want. MORE INFORMATION ================ Steps to Reproduce Problem -------------------------- 1. With a Windows NT printer driver and Lotus Improv installed, select the Print Setup menu in Improv. 2. Select a paper size other than the default size. 3. Choose OK. 4. If you use the Print Setup menu again, it will have reverted to the original paper size.
