This causes the following symptom when running the Bookshelf Navigation Utility (BNU) from the Online Documentation Library (ODL) for Tru64 UNIX Layered Products: Bookreader books in the ODL fail to open when their book title entry is double-clicked in the BNU. Also, any layered product or third-party software that depends on dxbook api library calls for their help menus or in other ways is effected.
