Abstract: UK2: shutdown hangs with Unix accounting enabled

You do not need to build kernels or reboot any nodes to install this patch.

This patch has no effect on machines that do not use Unix accounting, but
neither is there any harm in installing it on such machines.


Description of Patch:

Node shutdowns will sometimes hang indefinitely on SC V2.6 UK2 systems
that have Unix accounting configured using CDSLs as described in section
21.17 of the AlphaServer SC V2.6 System Administration Guide. This patch
will fix this problem.
