Description of Patch:
=====================
This patch provides an improved version of caad and CAA commands and fixes
problems where the caad daemon:
  - Left defunct processes behind whenever syslogd was restarted.
  - Did not correctly log all messages.
  - Restarted CAA services that were stopped due to a cluster shutdown.

Also contains the following fix from ERP BU040910_EW02:
  - Fix for a problem where the command caa_stat(1) did not work for
    anybody except root. Anybody else would get the error message:
    "The CAA message catalog entry is missing".

Instructions:
=============
This patch is provided as a setld installable kit.  Unpack it
into a directory that is NFS mounted on all domains e.g.
/nfs/SCV26UK13210109206 and install it as follows:

Patch required on Management Server (if used) : ONLY IF IT IS A CLUSTER
Patch required on Domains                     : YES


On a clustered management station:
----------------------------------
This patch can and should only be installed on clustered management
stations. Single-node management stations don't run caad.

If your management station is a cluster then install the patch as
follows:

    # cd /nfs/SCV26UK13210109206
    # setld -l /nfs/SCV26UK13210109206 SCV26UK13210109206

Restart the cluster application availability daemon (caad) to make
the changes take effect. To restart caad use the following command:

    # /sbin/init.d/clu_caa stop

It will restart automatically.


On Domains:
-----------
Install the patch as follows:

    # cd /nfs/SCV26UK13210109206
    # scrun -d all setld -l /nfs/SCV26UK13210109206 SCV26UK13210109206

The changes will take effect the next time the cluster application
availability daemon (caad) starts on each domain. To force a restart
of caad use the following command:

    # scrun -d all /sbin/init.d/clu_caa stop

It will restart automatically.

Installation is complete at this point. You do not need to build or
deploy kernels or reboot any nodes.


To remove the patch use the following commands from the management
station:
    # scrun -d all setld -d SCV26UK13210109206
    # setld -d SCV26UK13210109206
