Abstract: Fixes the "sra shutdown -node" hangs the node after 
          SCV2.6UK1 Upgrade, problem. 

Description of Patch:

On a SCV2.6UK1 when unix accounting is enabled, sra shutdown command
sometimes hang. The bug is in the shutdown binary and this patch will
fix the bug.
